ToramOrg provides an online platform for users to purchase in-game virtual currency ("Spina") for the game Toram Online. All transactions are conducted through in-game trading between our representatives and the customer.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the purchase process, including your in-game character name, server, and desired trade location. Providing incorrect information may result in delayed or failed delivery, for which we are not responsible.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be completed and verified before the delivery of any virtual goods. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Spina has been delivered to your in-game character. If a payment is found to be fraudulent or is reversed after delivery, we reserve the right to report the incident to game administrators and relevant authorities.

5. Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the timeframe advertised on our website. However, delivery times may vary due to server maintenance, in-game issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. You must be available in-game at the specified location to receive the trade.

6. Limitation of Liability

ToramOrg is not responsible for any actions taken against your game account by the game's administrators (Asobimo, Inc.) as a result of using our Service. While we take precautions to ensure safety, purchasing in-game currency from third-party sellers may be against the game's terms of service. You use our service at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
